Try not to eat a heavy meal beforehand and maybe drink some water so you’re not thirsty during class. Otherwise, just show up with an open mind and be ready to have fun!

That’s perfectly normal! Like we said before, there are variations of every pose that can be modified based on your level of flexibility or strength. If you’re really struggling with a pose, ask the instructor for help or take a break by sitting or lying down on your mat until you’re ready to try again.

Just yourself and maybe a water bottle if you want one. But we have plenty of mats and props available for use at our studio so you don’t need to worry about bringing anything with you except maybe yourself and some water!

10. I’m pregnant/have an injury/etc. can I still come to class?

Please consult your doctor before coming to class if you are pregnant or have any injuries or other medical conditions that might limit your ability to participate in physical activity safely.
